  Wireless internet was greatly improved. Cleaners didn't show up one day, but that wasn't a major problem. All in all, very good. Ronda was particularly helpful.

  - Marilyn was very helpful during the rental process and we would use her again. We were surprised that no contact was made during our visit from her. Think the merger got in the way. A contact from anyone from Kokopelli would have been a nice touch.
  -Great layout and comfortable house. Could use more love and care in the form of fresh paint, clean carpet, and a completely furnished kitchen. Front door was off kilter as well.
  -trees need to be trimmed or removed - view is obscured.
  -cleaning was adequate but showers needed scrubbing; cobwebs everywhere, dirty closets.

  We had a lot of trouble w/the cable internet but it was finally fixed after two or three calls. Also we reported a big leak in the living room ceiling, and no one came to fix it for several weeks, which could be a problem for the owners.
