Absolutley love the place. Our second stay. Was disappointed we did not receive the upgrade in the cable TV for sports events. There is no better place to stay in Santa Fe.
The instructions from the property manager and the detail with which the owners set forth conditions for leaving the premises for the day, locking up at night, and closing the place when exiting were a bit extreme, and left the visitor feeling a bit on edge.
There is no blender. Kitchen could be better equipped
Per the request of the guest, there is now a brand new blender at the property.
The house was beautiful, large and very comfortable. A great place to stay. The skiers had a quick trip to the mountain and those that didn't ski were close and convenient to the galleries and city center. Guest bed is high, requires a stool to reach. Loft has steep spiral stairs, great for older kids.
I dream about going back. It's just a matter of time.
We were thrilled to have found such a wonderful place to stay! We were in Santa Fe in January, and the home was warm, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The lot was large and secluded, so we had lots of privacy when we were out playing in the snow. Kokopelli Management was extremely helpful and organized, which made our stay go very smoothly. We definitely felt "at home."

Beware of costly owner items scattered around the house.
It was a wonderful place for four old friends from all over the country to reunite, laugh, relax and use as a base camp for museum visits, Santa Fe shop exploration, and trips to nearby national parks. We had a great time and the house was perfect for us.
My friends and I loved this property. The location is perfect and the house is so beautiful you don't even need to go into town if you don't want to.
Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
