The elegantly restored bungalow is a fine example of "Pueblo Revival Architecture" created in the 1932's by a group of Artists led by Carlos Vieira who's landmark home is nearby.

Three bedrooms open to the garden, and the fourth bedroom (casita) has a small sitting area.
