In the desirable Cima Norte (North Hills) of Santa Fe, Casa de Los Arboles provides 2,800 square feet of gracious living on an acre of land pverlooking the historic plaza. The main floor of the house has a sunken living room with a kiva fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a formal dining room. Adjacent to the dining room is an area for informal meals with French doors that open to the patio and the private enclosed gardens. There are three separate sleeping areas, each with its own bath. Upstairs is the master suite with a king-size bed, a kiva fireplace, an L-shaped couch, and a private deck with spectacular views to the East, South, and West. The upstairs bath area has a double-sink vanity and a Jacuzzi tub and open shower in an enclosed wet area. Downstairs is the guest suite with a kiva fireplace, a sitting area, private vanity, and its own patio. It will sleep four with a king-size bed and an over/under trundle bed. Its king-size bed can also be set up as two twins if desired. Also downstairs is a third queen-size bedroom with its own kitchenette, bath, and private patio. Other amenities include cable TV, a DVD/CD changer, and broadband internet access with a WiFi 802.11 b/g router. The house is air-conditioning for those few very hot summer days.
