Situated in the historic district on Garcia street, this large family home was built in 1990 and is a true Santa Fe contemporary home with two fireplaces and brick floors throughout the upper level. It is a two story home with a large open kitchen/dining room with fireplace and breakfast nook. The dining room table seats ten for those large family gatherings. Located off the kitchen is an intimate sitting area with desk and modem for those of you on a working vacation. Off the dining area is a nice living room where you can sit by the fireplace and watch a movie. The master bedroom and bath are also located on the upper level. Two sets of glass doors lead off the living area to a covered portal that you can also use from the master suite. There is a private patio area with BBQ off the kitchen area.
Downstairs offers three additional bedrooms, all with queen beds. There is one suite with a mini kitchen and private access and the other two bedrooms share a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. The laundry room and garage are also on the lower level.
This large home is perfect for Holiday or summer gatherings. It is located on historic Garcia Street in the heart of the Eastside of Santa Fe. It is a short stroll to Canyon Road or the Plaza and just minutes from Museum Hill.
