Downstairs there is a sitting room between the two queen suites and for the little ones or singles in the group there is another bedroom with two single trundle beds. The informal kitchen/dining room enjoys a breath-taking view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. There is a covered portal off the dining area for a BBQ or margarita. You can also enjoy the rooftop deck with 360 degree views. The home is equipped with refrigerated air conditioning in the main living area upstairs, including the master suite. The downstairs bedrooms offer portable evaporative coolers. After skiing come home & relax in the secluded hot tub amid the pinon trees.
